What remains on Free after the trial?
Everything keeps working for one artist: your public page, consultation form, calendar and booking links with deposits. Your public page shows the OpenInk badge, and you can't add team members.
What do my clients pay on top of a deposit?
A platform service fee: 10% of the deposit on Free, 5% on Artist Pro, Studio Pro and during the trial, and 7% for Stripe accounts in Thailand, where foreign cards are common. Minimum per payment: US$3.99 on Free (€3.49 or £2.99) and US$2.50 on paid plans and during the trial (€1.99 or £1.99), rounded to a familiar price in other currencies. The rate is locked in when you send the link. Your deposit arrives in full, and OpenInk covers the Stripe processing fee. The same rate and minimum apply when you collect the balance through OpenInk; taking it in the studio stays free.
What is included in Artist Pro?
Artist Pro is $29/month or $290/year for one active artist. It includes everything in Free, cuts the service fee your clients pay to 5%, and removes the OpenInk badge from your public page.
What is included in Studio Pro?
Studio Pro includes 3 seats for $69/month or $690/year, with shared intake, role-based access, a 5% client service fee, and no OpenInk badge on your public page.
How do Studio seats work?
Choose 3–10 seats. Each additional seat costs $20/month or $200/year. Manage seats in the billing portal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Artist Pro and Studio Pro or manage your existing subscription from the billing portal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing portal and keep paid access until the current billing period ends.
