OpenInk Studio connects a public page and editable consultation form with client conversations, deposit links and a calendar. Subscription prices are not the total payment cost. OpenInk lists a 10% client service fee on Free and 5% on paid plans, with minimum charges and a 7% exception for Thai Stripe accounts. Venue lists 10% on free plans and 5% on Pro, plus minimum charges. See both pricing pages for details; taxes, regional availability and payment choices can change the total.

When OpenInk Studio fits
Consider OpenInk Studio when the central task is reviewing a custom request, keeping the original form and images together, agreeing a deposit and bringing a paid appointment into the calendar. Its public registration currently leads to early access. Confirm access before changing an existing booking process.
When Venue.ink fits
Consider Venue when you need its published flash-selling workflow, a free shared studio setup, or Studio Pro's payment splitting and reporting. Terminal availability is limited to the regions named in Venue's pricing. Confirm the particular feature and payment setup with Venue before choosing.
Plan a move without losing active bookings
We do not advertise an automatic Venue migration. Before switching, list pending requests, appointments, deposits and client conversations. Confirm what can be exported, recreate the public form and policies, and keep existing client links working until those appointments finish. Try one new request in the new workflow first.
